Had great and unbeatable location in a neighborhood, walk from a main street and a theatre. Big size units with excellent breakfast, a decanter, for instance, and the staff were great.

The location was particularly good, really close to the garden. Popped in Fisherman's Bar for shots before sleep, it was within a close distance from the venue.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at a charming bed and breakfast. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with personal touches that made it feel welcoming. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a Bluetooth musical mirror that added a fun touch. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the town center. We also enjoyed the delicious and plentiful breakfast served in a spacious and nicely decorated dining area.
The bathroom arrangement was a bit confusing since it was not en-suite. we didn't feel as welcomed as we have in other places we've stayed at during our trip.

Enjoyed having more than adequate and delicious breakfast.
Location: the hotel was close enough to Pitlochry and Pitlochry Festival Theatre. Found time to see Blair Athol Distillery, that's not too far away from the property.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center. Plus, the room had a comfortable bed and a large flat-screen TV, providing a cozy and enjoyable stay.
Although the bed linens showed some wear and tear, they were still comfortable. there was some cosmetic issues with the room door.

The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The owners put a lot of effort into making the place cozy and comfortable, with little touches like a small bottle of whisky and homemade shortbread in our room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fluffy towels and toiletries provided added to the luxury. One of the best aspects was the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious and the portions were so generous that we didn't eat again until dinner. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area.
While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. One of our rooms had the bathroom down the hall, which wasn't what we expected.
